2005～2009年3154例妇科恶性肿瘤病案统计分析

目的分析云南省肿瘤医院近5年妇科恶性肿瘤的临床特点,为肿瘤防治工作提供理论依据。方法我院2005年~2009年收治妇科恶性肿瘤患者3 154例,按照妇科肿瘤原发部位和按年龄分≤20岁、21~40岁、41~60岁和≥61岁4组进行回性分析。结果⑴宫颈癌56.3%、卵巢恶性肿瘤21.0%和子宫内膜癌14.4%居前3位;⑵41~60岁组占66.14%居年龄组首位;⑶各年龄组肿瘤常见部位:≤20岁组为卵巢77.14%,21~40岁组为宫颈73.03%;41~60岁组:宫颈癌29.4%、卵巢癌28.9%和子宫内膜癌17.69%;≥61岁组为宫颈癌36.65%、卵巢癌34.8%和子宫内膜癌22.62%。结论妇科恶性肿瘤以宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌常见,高发年龄为21~40岁和41~60岁的妇女是重点防治对象。

A statistical analysis for medical records of 3 154 women with gynecologic malignant tumor from 2005 to 2009

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of gynecologic malignant tumor during recent five years,in order to provide theoretical basis for the cancer prevention and control.Methods According to the primary sites of gynecologic malignant tumor and age groups,four groups including aged ≤20,21~40,41~60,and ≥61 years were retrospectively analyzed in 3 154 cases with gynecologic malignant tumor from 2005 to 2009.Results（1）The first three kinds of gynecologic malignant tumor were cervical cancer（56.3%）,ovarian cancer（21.0%） and endometrial carcinoma（14.4%）;（2）41~60 age group was 66.14% higher than in other age groups;（3）The common sites of malignant tumor in different age groups included ≤20 age group at ovaries（77.1%）,21~40 age group at cervix（73.0%）,41~60 age group at cervix（29.4%）,ovaries（28.9%） and endometria（17.7%）,≥61 age group at cervix（36.7%）,ovaries（34.8%） and endometria（22.6%）.Conclusion The most common gynecologic malignant tumors were cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial carcinoma,and its major preventive age were 21~40 years old and 41~60 years old.
