摘    要:目的:研究香椿子(Toona sinensis var.schensiana)的化学成分,寻找具有杀虫及药用的活性成分.方法:利用硅胶、RP - 18、凝胶Sephadex LH - 20、HPLC等色谱方法对香椿子95%乙醇提取部分进行分离纯化,运用MS和NMR来鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从香椿子中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:3,5-二羟基苯乙醚(Ⅰ),山萘酚-3 -O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅱ),(2E,6E,10E) -3,7,11,15- tetramethylhexadeca -2,6,10 - triene -1,14,15 - triol(Ⅲ),eudesm -4(15) -ene - 1β,6α - diol(Ⅳ),ficusesquilignans A(Ⅴ),ficusesquilignans B(Ⅵ).结论:化合物Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To seek for insecticidal and officinal agents from the fruits of Toona sinensis var.schensiana.Methods: The fruits of T.sinensis were extracted with 95% ethanol and separated by silica gel,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.These compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis(MS,NMR,and so on).Results: Six compounds,3,5-dihydroxy-phenyl ether(Ⅰ),kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅱ),(2E,6E,10E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadeca-2,6,10-triene-1,14,15-triol(Ⅲ),eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β,6α-diol(Ⅳ),ficusesquilignans A(Ⅴ)and ficusesquilignans B(Ⅵ)]were isolated and identified.Conclusions: Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,and Ⅵ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
