摘    要:大量的流行病学研究表明膳食脂肪与肺癌的关系非常密切 ,但尚缺乏有关机制方面的研究。本文综述了高脂膳食引发肺癌的可能机制 ,包括脂肪酸比例失调、胰岛素抵抗、脂质过氧化、内分泌机制、细胞因子分泌异常、细胞膜流动性改变等 ,旨在为以后的病因学研究提供参考。

Abstract:The epidemiological studies showed close relations between dietary fat and lung cancer, but large gaps still exist in understanding.There were no mechanical indications to confirm some conclusions. In this paper, the possible mechanisms including imbalance of fatty acid ratios, insulin resistance, lipids peroxidation, endocrine mechanism, cytokine abnormality and membrane fluidity changes were reviewed.
