| Abstract: | There are many kinds of types on mediastinal tumers It is very important for making treatment plan to differentiate tumors are primary or secondary and benign or malignant The routine diagnostic methods and mediastinoscopy and mediastinal aspiration biopsy of general primary mediastinal malignant tumors were summarised and the clinical application of surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemotherapy was introduced in this article |
