医院重组中的“大规模不经济”现象及其规避对策

医院重组（hospital restructuring)是当前医院管理体制改革的一大趋势,但是,医院过大的规模却难以实现期望合理化的和过高的经营效率。“大规模不经济”现象与医院经营的特殊性,所处环境中的制约条件和管理效能的发挥有关,医院重组中应着重从管理体系建设,精干职工队伍、调整内部资源配置,加强经营诊断,保持适度发展规模,注重社会效益和经济效益统一等方面加强管理,合理规避“大规模不经济”现象的产生,实现良好的经营效率。

The hospital restructuring is a general trend in the reformatiom of the present management system. However, too alrge scale does not mean that we can gain the reasonable and high economy profit as that we expected in our management. The phenomenon of Large Scale Uneconomical" is because of the specialities of the management in our hospital, the restricted conditions and the management efficiency. So we should do as follows: establishing management system, extracting the employees, restructuring the internal resourse assignment, enforcing management vealuation, keeping moderate development scale, emphasizing the union of social and economic benefits, regulating and reasonably avoiding the appearance of the phenomenon of ' Large Scale Uneconomical" and realizing a better management benefit.
