宁夏地区2006-2011年尘肺病新发病例现况分析

目的分析2006-2011年宁夏地区新发尘肺病情况,为制定职业病防治工作计划、采取有效预防措施提供依据。方法根据宁夏地区健康危害因素监测信息系统尘肺病报表中的新发病例进行统计分析。结果宁夏地区2006~2011年共报告尘肺病新发病例758例,其中以Ⅰ期尘肺为主;新发尘肺病例以煤工尘肺和矽肺为主,主要发生在煤炭行业;新发尘肺病以35~45岁年龄组发病最多,以接尘工龄20~29年发病为主。结论宁夏地区尘肺病防治工作形势依然严峻,需引起政府、疾病控制机构及用人单位的高度重视。

Analysis on New Cases of Pneumoconiosis in Ningxia Region from 2006 to 2011

Objective To investigate new cases of pneumoconiosis in Ningxia region from 2006 to 2011,to analyze the incident rule,and to provide the basis for effective preventive measures. Methods According to Ningxia health hazards monitoring information system,new cases of pneumoconiosis reports were analyzed. Results 758 new cases of pneumoconiosis were reported in Ningxia region from 2006 to 2011,of which the main were stageⅠpneumoconiosis. Pneumoconiosis cases consisted mainly of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and silicosis and were mainly distributed in the coal industry. Newly issued pneumoconiosis concentrated on 35 to 45 age group and workers with dust exposure 20 to 29 years had the highest incidence. Conclusion Ningxia region still has more new cases of pneumoconiosis. Pneumoconiosis prevention work situation is still grim in Ningxia and the government,disease control agencies and the employer’s should pay much attention to it.
