慢性棘上韧带炎声像图特征

目的探讨正常成人棘上韧带和慢性棘上韧带炎的声像图特征。方法慢性棘上韧带炎组患者23例，体检健康者40例为对照组，超声测量第5胸椎（T5）和第1腰椎（L1）棘上韧带厚度和宽度。结果慢I生棘上韧带炎组棘上韧带厚度较对照组增厚，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。慢性棘上韧带炎组压痛棘突的棘上韧带厚度均大于邻近无压痛棘突棘上韧带，两者相差0．6～3．0mm，平均1．92mm。结论棘上韧带位置表浅，棘上韧带炎有明显的声像图特征，可反应其有无损伤和炎症。

Sonographic features of chronic supraspinous syndesmitis

Objective To investigate the sonographic features of normal adult supraspinous ligament and chronic supraspinous syndesmitis. Methods Twenty-three patients with chronic supraspinous syndesmitis and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. The thickness and width of the fifth thoracic and the first lumbar supraspinous ligament were measured by ultrasound. Results The thickness of supraspinous ligament in chronic supraspinous syndesmitis group were thicker than that in control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the width of supraspinous ligament between the two groups. The thickness of supraspinous ligament on tender spinous process was thicker than that on neighboring non-tender spinous process in chronic supraspinous syndesmitis group. Conclusion The supraspinous ligament is superficial and there are specific sonographic featuers in chronic supraspinous syndesmitis,so ultrasonography is suitable for its diagnosis.
