400名男男性行为人群艾滋病高危行为及其影响因素调查分析

目的了解银川市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病相关高危性行为特征及影响因素。方法 2011年4月至6月,在银川市男男性行为人群活动场所,通过分类滚雪球抽样的方法招募调查对象,对每个调查对象进行问卷调查,内容包括人口学特征、近6个月性行为情况等,并抽取静脉血5mL,进行HIV、梅毒及丙肝检测。结果共招募男男性行为者400名,艾滋病知识知晓率为97.3%;近6个月无保护肛交性行为发生率为56.9%,MSM人群的来源(χ2=8.59,P=0.014)、民族(χ2=7.75,P=0.021)及最近1年是否做过艾滋病检测(χ2=4.83,P=0.028)是最近六个月与同性无保护性肛交性行为的影响因素。多因素Logistic回归分析,进入方程变量为样本来源场所(OR=0.833,95%CI 0.716～0.970)及是否做过HIV检测(OR=0.618,95%CI0.392～0.974)。364名MSM中,最近六个月发生异性性行为166人,比例为41.5%,安全套使用率为18.7%。艾滋病检出阳性15人,检出率为3.8%。结论银川市男男性行为人群中,艾滋病流行的高危行为普遍存在,应针对不同的场所,采取有针对性的干预措施,减缓艾滋病、性病传播。

A Research of the Influencing Factors of AIDS High-risky Behavior among 400 MSM

Objective To investigate the characteristics and the influencing factors of HIV high-risk behavior among 400 MSM in Yinchuan.Methods From April to June 2011,400 MSM were recruited in their venues through snowball sampling method.The investigation includes questionnaire survey and serologic test.Results Totally 400 MSM were recruited in the survey.The awareness rate of aids knowledge was 97.3%.In the last six months,the incidence rate of unprotected anal intercourse was 56.9%.Multivariate Logistic regression demonstrated that the venues(OR=0.833;95% CI 0.716~0.970)and having the HIV test(OR=0.618;95% CI 0.392~0.974)are the influencing factors of unprotected anal intercourse.The HIV infection rate in 400 MSM was 3.8%.Conclusion The high-risk behaviors of HIV are prevalent among the MSM.different interventions should be strengthened in different venues to decrease HIV and STD spread.
