超声造影对无水乙醇治疗小肝癌的疗效评估价值

目的：探讨超声造影（contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS）在小肝癌无水乙醇治疗后肿瘤灭活疗效评估中的临床价值。方法：对98例小肝癌患者110个病灶在无水乙醇治疗前后行常规超声和CEUS检查,从病灶大小、边界、内部回声、彩色多普勒血流信号及造影剂灌注情况进行对比分析。结果：CEUS对肿瘤灭活诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性明显高于常规超声,分别为91.7%、92.3%、91.8%和48.4%、61.5%、50%。结论：CEUS可以作为肝癌恶性肿瘤介入治疗后疗效评估的可靠方法。

The value of CEUS in evaluating therapeutic effect of treating small hepatocellular carcinoma by injecting absolute alcohol

Objective： To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（ CEUS） in detecting small hepatocellular carcinoma deactivation after absolute alcohol taeatment. Methods： SonoVue contrast agent were used,98 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma（ 110 lesions） were examined by conventional ultrasound and CEUS,and comparatively analyzed their sizes,borders,inner echoes,color Doppler blood flow signalsand contrast agent perfusion characteristics before and after absolute alcohol taeatment. Results： CEUS showed significantly higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy（ 90. 9%,93. 6%,91. 8%） than conventional ultrasound（ 47. 2%,59. 0%,53. 6%） in detecting deactivation and residues of the tumor after absolute alcohol therapy. Conclusion： CEUS can be used as reliable method to evaluate the therapeutic effect of interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
