外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术临床观察

为探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的效果和问题对1992年以来我院所施行的36例进行回顾性分析。结果36例（均为穿孔性眼外伤）术后随访1～41月裸眼视力0.1～0.8,0．5以上占30．5％。对手术并发症如角膜水肿、萄萄漠炎、后囊浑浊进行分析。结论外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术情况较老年性白内障更为复杂多变。因此术前检查、病例筛选、手术时机等都很重要。

Clinical investigation of in case with traumatic cataract

Objective To evaluate the result of intraocular lens implantation (IOL) in cases with traumatic cataract,36 cases were analysed. They All were penetrating ocular trauma and treated in our hospital with IOL since 1992. Results All cases were fellow up from 1 month to 41 months post operationntively.The vision improved to 0. 1 ~ 0. 8 and 11 eyes(30. 5% ) obtained 0. 5 or better. Conclusions The results suggest that patients with traumatic cataract could obtain improved vision if doctor has a sin cere and strict mind in choosing the cases on operation opportunity, pre operative examination, because theses cases always are more complicated and varied than senile cataract.
