摘    要:目的:优选四妙颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的提取方法.方法:以四妙颗粒中盐酸小檗碱为指标,用高效液相色谱法进行分析测定,系统考察不同浓度、体积的乙醇以及不同提取次数对盐酸小檗碱提取率的影响,并用正交试验法进一步优选提取条件.结果:最佳提取工艺条件为7倍量、75%乙醇回流提取3次.结论:提取次数对盐酸小檗碱的提取率有较大影响,优选工艺可行.

Abstract:Objective:To establish an extraction method of berberine hydrochloride in Simiao granules.Methods:Berberine hydrochloride in Simiao granules was taken as an evaluating marker and determined by HPLC.The effects of different percent and different volume of alcohol and the times of extraction on extraction ratio of the berberine hydrochloride were systematically investigated.And also the orthogonal test was further used to optimize extracting conditions.Results:The refiuent extraction with 75% alcohol as seven times of the medicine amount for Ih and three times was more effective.Conclusion:The times of extraction has a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of berberine hydrochloride.
