生殖器单纯疱疹病毒合并其它性传播感染的检测与分析

目的:探讨生殖器疱疹患者单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)及其它性传播感染的发病率及特点。方法:采集生殖器疱疹损害部位或阴道分泌物,应用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)方法,检测单纯疱疹病毒、人乳头状瘤病毒、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体等性传播病原体、梅毒,抗HIV采用血清学试验。结果:182例生殖器疱疹患者中,检出单纯疱疹病毒116例(63.7%),在116例感染患者中,30例(27.6%)合并有其它性传播感染,其中合并人乳头状瘤病毒感染11例(9.5%),梅毒8例(6.9%),沙眼衣原体4例(3.4%),解脲支原体9例(7.7%)。结论:HSV感染是生殖器疱疹的主要原因,并且容易合并其它性传播感染,应注意检查及治疗。

Detection and analysis of mixed infection of herpes simplex virus and other sex transmitted pathogens in genitals

Objective:To study the infective rate and characters of herpes simplex virus(HSV)and some other sex transmitted pathogens in genital herpes.Methods:Samples were secretion of vagina or collected from herpes focus.Herpes simplex virus,human papilloma virus(HPV),chlamydia trachomatis and ureaplasma urealyticum were tested by fluorescent quantification polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR);syphilis and HIV antibody were detected by ELISA.Results:In 182 patients with genital herpes,HSV was positive in 116 cases(63.7%);and in these 116 cases,30 cases were infected with other pathogens together:11 cases(9.5%) with HPV,8(6.9%)with syphilis,4(3.4%)with chlamydia trachomatis,9(7.7%)with ureaplasma urealyticum.Conclusion:HSV is the major pathogen of genital herpes,and mixed infection with other sex transmitted pathogens is common.
