| 摘 要： | 目的测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法,ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-0.34%磷酸二氢钾(6040),流速1 0ml·min-1,检测波长240 nm.结果氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0 4%和99 5%,RSD=0.5%.结论方法快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To establish a method for the simultaneous determinatione of chloramphenicol combined with dexametha-sorie sodium phosphate in Ludi eye drops by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 34% potassium di-hydrogen phosphate(60:40). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml ?min-1. The detecting wavelength was at 240 run. Both components had good linear relationship. Results: The average recovery and relative standard deviation of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 99.8% and 0.4%, 99.5% and 0.5%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, and accurate, which is suitable for the quality of this preparation. |
