| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)是指胃内容物反流入食管引起的症状或并发症,典型症状为胸骨后烧灼感、反酸, 严重时可引起反流性食管炎,甚至Barrett食管1].随着流行病学和病理生理学研究的深入,GERD引起的食管外表现越来越受到消化科和相关学科的重视.
