摘    要:目的用磁共振质子波谱(MRS)的方法研究Alzheimer病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)内侧颞叶代谢的改变,试图为临床诊提供客观依据。方法对15例AD病人和15例正常老年人的内侧颞叶进行磁共振质子波谱(MRS)(采用STEAM序列)采集。并对代谢产物的变化与临床简易精神测量评分(MMSE)之间和与海马结构体积测量值之间进行相关性分析。结果AD病人NAA/Cr的降低与MMSE评分和海马体积呈正相关,mI/Cr的升高与MMSE评分和海马体积改变呈负相关。结论MRS能无创性检查AD脑部的代谢变化,1H-MRS所显示的AD的NAA降低和mI升高能提高中早期AD的诊断正确率。

Abstract:objective To study the metabolic alterations in medial temporal lobe of Alzheimer disease (AD) patients with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy and provide base for clinical diagnosis. Method Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy were performed in the media]temporal lobe in 15 AD patients and 15 healthy control using STEAM sequence. We also studied the correlation between the ratio of NAA/Cr,mI/Cr and MMSE, and the volume of hippocampal strucfture. Result Decreased ratio of NAA/Cr was positively related to MMSE score and volume of hippocampal sructure , the increased ratio of mI/Cr was negatively related to MMSE and volume of hippocampal stmc-ture. Conclusion 1H-MRS could provide metabolic information of brain tissue noninvasively in AD patients in vivo. The combination of highmI and low NAA could improved diagnosis of AD.
