纳洛酮对急性脑梗死内皮素和氧化亚氮的影响

摘    要:目的观察纳洛酮对急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素(Endothelin,ET)和氧化亚氮(Nitrous Oxide,NO)水平的影响。方法随机将78例急性脑梗死分为两组,对照组38例予以常规抗脑梗死治疗,治疗组40例加用纳洛酮。动态检测治疗前后血浆ET和NO水平。结果治疗组1例(2.5%)死亡,对照组4例(10.5%)死亡,两组死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和治疗前比较,两组ET和NO治疗后同步进行性下降(P<0.05)。治疗组血浆ET和NO下降与纳洛酮早期干预正相关(P=0.78)。结论纳洛酮能缓解ET和NO在急性脑梗死时的血管作用,ET和NO水平可判断预后和判定治疗脑梗死疗效的指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of naloxone on plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods There were 78 cases of acute cerebral infarction who were randomly divided into control group(38 cases) who were given routine shock treatment and treating group(40 cases) who were added with naloxone.The levels of ET and NO were detected dynamically before and after treatment.Results One died in treating group(2.5%) and 4 died in control group(10.5%)(P<0.05).When comparing with that before treatment,the level of ET and NO in treating group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but no decrease in control group(P>0.05).The level of ET and NO maintained high in control group in early stage(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between naloxone intervention and the level of ET and NO(P=0.78).Conclusions Naloxone can release the effect of ET and NO.ET and NO can act as index to judging the prognosis and the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction.
