手背逆行筋膜蒂岛状复合组织瓣修复手部缺损的分析研究

目的:探讨手背逆行筋膜蒂岛状复合组织瓣修复手部组织缺损手术方法及临床疗效。方法:对27例手指近中节皮肤软组织并肌腱、神经缺损患者,采用手背逆行筋膜蒂岛状复合组织瓣修复。结果:27例皮瓣全部成活,术后经5个月到2年随访,功能及外观良好,功能活动良好。结论:该术式是Ⅰ期修复皮肤软组织缺损合并肌腱、神经缺损的理想方法,同时带腱周组织的肌腱移植可防止肌腱的粘连。

Analysis and Research of the Back of the Hand Reverse Fascial Pedicle Island Composite Flap to Repair Defects of Hand

Objective:To explore the back of the hand reverse fascial pedicle island flap composite tissue defect surgery and clinical treatment.Methods:27 cases of the fingers near the section of skin and soft tissue and tendon and nerve defects in patients used the back of hand reverse fascial pedicle island composite flap to repair it.Results:27 patients with flaps all survived,after 5 months to 2 years follow-up,flap appearance and functional activities better.Conclusion:This surgical method is inⅠ-stage repair of skin and soft tissue defect with tendon and nerve defects an ideal way,and this surgical method can prevent tendon adhesion.
