缺血性脑血管病支架植入术后的并发症及处理

目的总结75例经皮腔内血管成形及支架植入术（PTAS）治疗缺血性脑血管病的并发症及其处理。方法回顾性分析75例缺血性脑血管病患者PTAS治疗后的并发症及处理方案。结果所有患者均进行术后随访1～6个月。其中发生腹膜后血肿1例,颈动脉窦反应12例,高灌注综合征6例,脑血管痉挛9例,支架处血栓形成1例,颅内出血2例,其中1例死亡,缺血性脑卒中3例。结论严格的术前准备、正规术中操作及术后治疗可明显降低PTAS的围手术期并发症。

Complications and treatment of ischemic cerebralvascular diseases after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting

Objective To investigate the complications and long term results of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting(PTAS)in management of ischemic cerebralvascular diseases.Methods The complications and long term results of PTAS procedures on 75 patients were analyzed retrospectively followed up systematically in 1 to 6 month after treatment.Results There were 1 case of retroperitoneal hematoma,12 cases of carotid sinus reactions,6 cases of cerebral hyperperfusion,9 cases of cerebral angio spasm,1 case of thrombogenesis in stent,2 cases of cerebral hemorrhage with 1 death and 3 cases of cerebral ischemia during the perioperation and the period of 1 to 6 months follow up.Conclusions Careful preoperative preparation,orderly procedure,and correct postoperative treatment might significantly decrease the incidence of perioperative and long term complications.
