| 摘 要： | 报告55例先天性巨结肠病儿,根据不同类型选用不同治疗方法所取得的效果。认为,对超短型巨结肠行液氮冷冻术治疗操作简单、安全、效果良好。15例均痊愈出院,随访未复发。本文重点讨论各种手术方法的适应症及手术时机的选择。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 55 cases of congenital megacolon, which wore treated by surgical operation or other therapy according to different type of the megacolon. The authors think that the liquid nitrogen refrigeration treatment for ultrashort-type megacolon is simple, safe and effective. Fifteen patients treated by this treatment were cured completely. We also discussed the operation indication and choice of operative time. |
