丙泊酚用于心脏电复律术前麻醉的效果观察与护理

目的:探讨丙泊酚用于心脏电复律术前麻醉的效果及护理措施。方法:将24例行心脏电复律术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各12例,实验组给予丙泊酚2.5mg/kg术前麻醉,对照组给予地西泮0.3~0.5mg/kg术前麻醉,对两组患者麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间和术后不良反应进行比较。结果:实验组麻醉效果优于对照组,术后不良反应明显少于对照组,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:丙泊酚用于心脏电复律术前麻醉,不良反应少,效果好,操作时间短,适合临床推广应用。

Observation of the anesthetic effect of Propofol before cardioversion

Objective: To explore the anesthetic effect of Propofol before cardioversion and nursing care. Methods: Those 24 patients who would have cardioversion were randomly divided into experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). The patients were preoperatively anesthetized with Propofol (2.5mg/kg) in the experimental group and with Diazepam (0.3-0.5 mg/kg) in the control group. The time of anesthetic effect, analepsia and the adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The anesthetic effect was better and the adverse effects were less in the experimental group than that in the control group after cardioversion, and the significant difference was shown in statistic (P<0.01). Conclusion: Propofol is more effective before cardioversion and has less adverse effects and short operating time.
