热应激与个体防护

摘    要:热负荷根据不同来源,可以分为内源性与外源性两类。两种起因的热负荷就身体热积的物理意义理解,没有实质性区别,但对身体生理影响及其所应采取的防护措施有着不同之处。本文侧重讨论了2种热负荷对身体不同的生理影响,初步提出;针对不同来源的热负荷,个体调温装备设计在管道布置,流量分配应有所不同;以热积数值反映人体对高温耐受程度,也应依据热负荷来源分别评价,需要纠正以往对上述2种热负荷的笼统认识和处理。

Abstract:Heat load may be divided into endogenous and exogenous types according to the source.Although there is no essential difference in teim of physical meaning,there are some distinctions between them in respect of physiological influences and protective measures.Their physiological effects on human body were discussed,The tube arrangement and flow distribution in design of personal thermo-conditioning equipment should varied for different heat sources and the human tolerance limit to high temperature indicated by amount of heat Storage should also be evaluated according to the type of heat loads.
