| 摘 要： | 目的 了解妇科门诊人群中性传播疾病的流行情况。方法 对1495例妇科门诊人群进行性病调查。采血进行梅毒快速血浆反应试验(RPR)、梅毒螺旋体血凝试验及HIV初筛试验，取宫颈分泌物进行衣原体检测，支原体培养和淋球菌培养。结果 性病总的检出阳性率为13．85％，各种性病的检出阳性率依次为：尖锐湿疣6．49％(97／1495)，非淋菌性宫颈炎4．28％(64／1495)，淋病1．74％(26／1495)，梅毒1．27％(19／1495)，生殖器疱疹0．06(1／l495)。构成比中以尖锐湿疣最高。结论 应加强妇科门诊人群性病监测工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the STDs prevalence in gynecology outpatient department. Methods The investigated data of 1 495 case in gynecology outpatient department were collected and analyzed. Results The postive rate of STDs was 13.85%. Among the cases, Condyloma Acuminaturre (CA) positive rate was 6.49%, Nongonococcal Cervicitis was 4.28%, Gonorrhea(GC) was 1.74%, Syphilis was 1.27% and Genital herpes (HSV) was 0.06%. The proportion of CA in the STDs was the highest. Conclusion Surveillance of STDs in population who come to gynecology outpatient de- partment should be enhanced. |
