陕西省布鲁氏菌病监测点三年人间监测结果分析

目的分析陕西省2005-2007年人间布氏菌病监测点监测结果,了解全省人间布氏菌病监测点疫情动态及流行特征。方法根据《陕西省人间布鲁氏菌病监测实施方案(试行)》进行。结果连续三年,血清学检查平均阳性率为6.44%,各年份阳性率逐年提高,波动在3.49-8.79%之间;感染率为1.20%。从病人关节液中分离出羊1型布氏菌。结论人间布氏菌病疫情形势严峻,局部地区疫情活跃,出现爆发现象。

Analysis of Brucellosis Surveillance in Recent Three Years In Shaanxi

ObjectiveTo analyze the surveillance results of human surveillance place for Brucellosis from 2005 to 2007 and know epidemic situation developments and forecast epidemic situation trends of shaanxi province.MethodsAccording to the work preliminary plan of shaanxi surveillance place for Brucellois. ResultsIn serum examination,the average positive rate of human of threes years was 6.44% ,which fluctulate in 3.49% to 8.79%. The rate of infection was 6.31% and a strain of Brucella was isolated.ConclusionThe Brucellosis of human is rising obviously. Some areas are active and break out.
