| 摘 要： | 目的 为了解HPV6和HPVll健康男性阴毛毛囊中感染情况.方法 采用PCR技术对健康人群耻骨部阴毛中的HPV进行检测.并对资料进行分析.结果 健康人群阴毛毛囊中的HPV检出率为17.21%(21/122),其中16例HPV6(13.11%),5例为HPV11 型(4.10%),HPVn(0.8%).结论 发现HPV在健康男性人群阴毛中的感染率为17.21%,高于女性的14.2%的水平,这也从一个侧面说明女性的HPV感染与男性有关.HPV在健康人阴毛毛囊中感染以HPV6(13.11%)和HPV11 (4.10%)亚型最多见.

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the prevalence of HPV in immunocompetent healthy male pubic hairs. Methods Specimen of pubic hairs from immunocompetent healthy male were detected by PCR. Results The prevalence of HPV in immunoeompetent healthy male pubic hairs is 17.21%, among them, HPV6 is 13. 11%, HPV11 is 4. 10% ,HPVn(0.8%). Conclusions The prevalence of HPV in male maybe higher than of female ,the HPV infection of male is one of causes leading to female HPV infection ,HPV6 and HPVll are the most common genotype in immunoeompetent healthy male pubic hairs. |
