腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤142例临床分析

目的：探讨应用腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。方法：回顾性总结275例良性卵巢肿瘤的手术疗效．其中腹腔镜组142例，剖腹组133例，对比观察两组的手术时间、出血量、并发症及术后恢复情况等。结果：两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后体温、肛门排气时间、住院时间、留置导尿管时间等均明显少于剖腹组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤是一种安全、有效的术式，出血少、恢复快，为手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤提供了一种可选择的方法。

Clinical analysis of 142 cases of ovarian benign tumor treated by iaparoscopy

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor. Methods:A retrospective analysis on 142 cases of laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor was carried out, including operating time,blood loss,complication and postoperateve recovery. Results:The time of operation showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The amounts of bleeding,the temperature after operation,the period of pass gas and the time of hospitalization were less than those of laparotomy group,the difference between the two groups was significant(all P<0.01). Conclusion:Laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor appears a safe,effective and reproducible procedure,it is an laternative method for treating ovarian benign tumor.
