| 摘 要： | 唐汉钧教授认为复杂性窦瘘其病机属本虚标实。治疗上需内外兼治。内治以清热败毒、活血祛瘀、益气养荣为基本治则，并注意按证型、病位、四时加减用药，且要顾护脾胃。外治分拔毒蚀管、提脓祛腐、化瘀生肌三阶段，有药捻疗法、置管冲洗疗法、拖线疗法、中药灌注疗法、垫棉法等。

| Abstract: | Professor Tang Hanjun argues that antral fistula is qi-blood deficiency in root and toxin stagnation in branch; that qi-blood obstruction, phlegm and blood stasis, meridian blockage are the pathogenesis; and the treatment comprises both internal and external aspects. Internal treatment focuses on clearing away heat, activating blood and enriching qi and blood; external treatment focuses on draining pus, resolving stasis and generating flesh, etc. |
