下肢深静脉血栓形成与抗凝蛋白的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中国人群LDVT的发病机制。方法:对比检测了100例LDVT患者和100例健康人的抗凝蛋白,包括:抗凝血酶(AT)活性及含量、总蛋白S(PS)含量、蛋白C(PC)活性、活化蛋白C抵抗性(APCR)。结果:两组比较,LDVT组的AT活性及含量、总PS含量、PC活性均明显降低,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01~0.001)。结论:先天性或获得性抗凝蛋白缺陷是中国人LDVT发病的重要机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:The level of anticoagulant protein was assayed in 100 cases of deep venous thrombosis in lower limb, to investigate the risk factors in pathogeneaia of thromboembolism in Chinese patients with deep vein thrombosis in lower limb.Methods:Molecular markers of anticoagulant were assayed in 100 patients with deep venous thrombosis in lower limb and 100 normal controls. parameters include: the level of antithrombin(AT)?the activity of protein C(PC)?the total level of protein S(PS)?the incidence of activated protein C resistance(APCR).Results:There are significantly differences of coagulation protein(AT, PC and PS) activities.Conclusions:The overall prevalence of AT,PC,PS deficiency in Chinese venous thrombosis patients was higher than that in Western patients.
