二种镇痛方法用于人工流产术的临床观察

目的：观察利多卡因、异丙酚在人工流产中镇痛效果。方法：270例早孕妇女，随机分成3组，2组人工流产术中分别用利多卡因、异丙酚镇痛，另一组为对照组，不采用任何干预措施。观察3组镇痛效果、人工流产综合征（PAAS）发生率、宫口松驰情况及出血量，并记录异丙酚组术前、术中、术后SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2等参数。结果：2种药物均有扩张宫颈和镇痛效果，而对照组宫颈扩张差，腹痛、人工流产综合征的发生率均高于用药组，P〈0．05有显著差异。结论：2种镇痛方法用于人工流产术具有镇痛和减少人工流产综合征的效果，是安全有效的方法。

Clinical Observation on 2 Analgesia Methods in Induced Abortion

Objective： To observe the analgesic effects of lidocaine and propofol in induced abortion. Methods： 270 cases of women in early pregnancy were randomly divided into 3 groups. 2 groups were intervened with lidocaine and propofol for analgesia and the other group for the control group did not use any intervention. Observing 3 groups＇ analgesic effects, PAAS incidence rate, cervix relaxation and bleeding and making a record of levels of SBP, DBP, HR, SpO2 and other parameters before, during and after surgery respectively in the propofol group. Results： 2 kinds of drugs both had the effects of analgesia and expansion of the cervix. Cervical expansion in the control group was worse, and abdominal pain and the rate of abortion syndrome were higher in the control group than in the treatment group. There are significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The 2 analgesia methods are safe and effective in reduction of pain and syndrome in induced abortion.
