舌瓣治疗腭部大穿孔的临床报道

目的：１４例病人采用舌组织瓣对腭部大面积穿孔进行修复。方法：腭部穿孔面积在２ｃｍ×１ｃｍ～２ｃｍ×１．５ｃｍ间，舌瓣面积在４ｃｍ×２ｃｍ～４ｃｍ×２．５ｃｍ间，其中以前蒂舌瓣修复１１例，后蒂舌瓣修复３例。结果：除１例病人因糖尿病而瘘口未愈合外均取得成功。结论：舌组织瓣血供丰富，蒂位置自由，可带肌肉，长宽比可达到４∶１，舌供区影响小的优点，是关闭腭部大面积穿孔安全，可靠的方法

CLINIC REPORT OF REPARATION OF THE LARGE PALATALFISTULA WITH THE TONGUE FLAP

Fourteen patients in our paper were treated with the tongue flaps whose palatal fistulas had been measured from 2cm×1cm to 2cm×15cm. The tongue flaps had been measured proximately from 4cm×2cm to 4cm×25cm. 11 patients' fistulas were closed with an anteriorly based tongue flap and 3 patients' fistulas were closed with a posteriorly based tongue flap. The result showed that 13 patients were healed except one patient because of diabetes mellitus. The tongue flap has rich blood supply and has some advantage: the site of its pedicle is free, it can contain of some muscle, ite length is four times to width and the donor of the tongue has almost no interference with function and appearance. It is proved that the tongue flap is a safe and reliable technique for the close of the large palatal fistula.
