| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者中脉压 (PP)水平与冠心病危险因素和冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法 将 74例ACS患者分为PP <65mmHg组 ( 2 0例 )和PP≥ 65mmHg组 ( 5 4例 )。分析 2组中年龄、性别、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、吸烟等冠心病危险因素以及冠脉血管狭窄程度。结果 ( 1)PP≥ 65mmHg组患者的危险因素明显多于PP <65mmHg组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中≥ 2个危险因素的患者在PP≥ 65mmHg组中高达 96.3 %(P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )PP≥ 65mmHg组冠脉狭窄程度与PP <65mmHg组比较差异无显著性。 结论 发生ACS时 ,PP大的ACS患者其危险因素多于PP小者 ;PP与相关冠脉狭窄严重程度不相关
