| 摘 要： | 目的 观察输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗因体外震波碎石术(ESWL)失败的输尿管结石的临床疗效.方法 采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石患者46例.结果 40例患者碎石均获成功,成功率87%.结论 输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石较为安全有效的方法,对ESWL失败的输尿管结石碎石疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for managing ureteral calculi due to ESWL failure.Methods Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 46 ureteral calculi due to ESWL failure.Results Successful lithotripsy was achieved in 40 cases.The success rate was 87%.Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy is an effective and safe modality for managing ureteral calculi due to ESWL failure. |
