老年退行性心瓣膜病的超声诊断和分析

目的:探讨老年退行性心瓣膜病(SDHVD)的超声心动图特点,为诊断和治疗提供参考。方法:对154例SDHVD患者行心脏二维、M型,彩色和频谱多普勒超声检查,用超声心动图诊断标准进行判定。结果:SDHVD主动脉瓣膜钙化发生率89.6%;主动脉瓣返流发生率88.3%;左房扩大发生率63.6%;左室舒张功能障碍发生率90.9%。结论:SDHVD超声心动图检查以主动脉瓣钙化和关闭不全多见(P<0.01);心脏形态和功能改变是以左房扩大和左室舒张功能障碍为主(P<0.01)。

Diagnosis and analysis of senile degenerative heart valvular disease by echocardiography

Objective:To study senile degenerative heart valvular disease(SDHVD) on it's echocardiagram,which can take reference for diagnosis and analysis.Methods:To examine 154 samples of SDHVD patients in B mode,CDFI mode and Dopplar waves mode,then analyse them according to the standard of diagnosis.Results:The occurrence rate of calcification on aortic valves is 89.6%;The occurrence rate of reflux through aortic valves is 88.3%;The occurrence rate of left atrium expansion is 63.6%;The occurrence rate of left ventricular abnormal diastolic function is 90.9%.Conclusion:It is sure that calcification and insufficiency of aortic valves are more common in SDHVD,and left atrium expansion and left ventricular abnormal diastolic function are the dominant changes on heart form and function(P<0.01).
