高血压脑出血术中迷走神经血管减压的降压疗效

目的 研究在高血压脑出血手术中行颅内迷走神经减压术对病人血压的影响。方法 对14例高血压脑出血病人在清除脑内血肿后,即刻在同侧乳突后钻孔,行迷走神经微血管减压术。结果 手术后3例血压完全正常,6例在手术1周内血压接近正常,2例在手术2周内血压接近正常,3例血压改善不明显。结论 颅内迷走神经血管减压可以治疗顽固性高血压,避免高血压脑出血术后的再出血,而且为原发性顽固性高血压的治疗提供了一条新的途径。

Intracranial vagal neurovascular decompression for acute hypertensive cerebral heamorrhage

Objective To investigate the effects on blood pressure through intracranial vagal neurovascular decompression during surgery for acute hypertensive cerebral heamorrhage and.Method intracranial vagal neurovascular decompresion was per-formed as while as removal of haemotomas in14cases of acute hypertensive cerebral heamorrhage.Re sult The blood pressure was normal in3cases,approaching normality a week after operation in6cases and two weeks after operation in2cases while not changed obviously in3cases postoperatively.Conclusion Intracranial vagal neurovascular decompression is benefit for de-creasing blood pressure in patients with hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage and avoiding rebleeding postoperatively.It is a new theory and effective method for pramary essential hypertension.
