基本职业卫生服务试点前后五类企业使用有机溶剂情况调查

目的 为了解宝安区福永街道开展基本职业卫生服务（BOHS）试点后控制有机溶剂作用的成效.方法 用回顾性定群研究方法,随机抽取电子、塑胶、五金、印刷、家俱5类企业61间,对他们使用的有机溶剂及接触人员情况进行调查.结果 2009年使用苯系物、三氯乙烯、正己烷三种溶剂的企业比2007年明显减少（P〈0.05）,接触三种溶剂的工人也比2007年明显减少（P〈0.05）.结论 开展BOHS试点减少了接触有机溶剂的人数,降低了由此引起职业病危害.

The use of organic solvents in five types of enterprises before and after the pilot development of basic occupational health services

Objective To explore the effectiveness of organic solvent control after the pilot development of basic occupational health services in Fuyong community of Bao'an district. Methods Five types of enterprises including 61 electronic, plastic hardwares, printing, or furniture companies were randomly selected to survey their uses of organic solvents and their personnel exposure to those solvents.Results The number of enterprises which used three solvents - benzene series, trichloroethylene, or hexane was markedly reduced in 2009 as compared to the year of 2007 ( P<0.05 ), so was the number of the workers who exposed to those solvents ( P< 0.05 ). Conclusions The pilot development of basic occupational health services reduces the number of people exposed to organic solvents, lowering harm of the occupational diseases associated with solvent exposure.
