摘    要:目的调查分析硅铁合金冶炼对作业工人健康的影响。方法采用职业流行病学调查方法对某铁合金厂作业环境进行检测,对作业工人的健康状况进行健康检查。结果该铁合金厂的原料破碎、炉旁操作、铸包浇铸等工段检测到粉尘超标,合格率偏低,多为矽尘,而CO2、CO、SO2现超标。体检中发现1期尘肺病1例,O^+期尘肺病观察对象7例,与粉尘检测结果一致。结论硅铁合金冶炼中造成矽尘和混合粉尘污染,引起作业工人尘肺病发生,工作场所粉尘检测合格率不高、污染重、劳动强度大、防护措施差,是尘肺病不断发生的重要因素。

Impact of Small-type Ferrosilicon Alloy Smelting on Workers Health

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of ferrosilicon smelting alloy on the workers' health. Methods The atmosphere quality of the working environment was detected, and the physical examination, on 712 workers was conducted. Results In total, the dust concentration of several posts were exceeding allowed limited values, most of the dusts were silicious dust. The concentration of CO2, CO, SO2 was at normal levels. Through occupational physical examination, it showed that there had 1 case of pneumoconiosis and 7 cases of observational objects, which was consistent with the detection results of the working environment. Conclusions Contamination of silicious dust and mixed dusts lead to the incidence of pneumoconiosis. Heavy dust contamination, over labour intensity of the workers and the deficiency of labour safety devices are main factors to cause pneumoconiosis.
