乌司他丁治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎25例

目的 :评价乌司他丁对急性水肿型胰腺炎的疗效和临床应用价值。方法 :5 0例确诊为急性水肿型胰腺炎的患者随机分为试验组与对照组各 2 5例 ,试验组常规治疗基础上加用乌司他丁 5万u ,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用加贝酯 10 0mg ,2组药物均溶在 2 5 0mL萄糖糖溶液中静滴 ,前 3d为tid ,以后qd ,共 7d。结果 :试验组总有效率为 96 .0 % ,对照组总有效率为 92 .0 % ,2组差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :乌司他丁对急性水肿型胰腺炎有较好的疗效 ,有临床应用价值。

Clinical study of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis. Methods : 50 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis were randomly divided into the test group( n =25) and the control group( n =25) to receive ulinasta 50 000 units and gabexate mesilaxe 100mg respectively,both the drugs were added into 250mL glucose solution for intravenous transfusion three times per day in the first three days while once daily in the next four days. Results :The whole efficacy in the test group and the control group was 96.0% and 92.0%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups( P >0.05). Conclusion :Ulinastatin showed clinical effectiveness in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.;
