| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年粪性梗阻的误诊原因。方法回顾分析近5年来收治的5例老年粪性肠梗阻手术患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者均手术治疗。结论老年肠梗阻病因较多,病情复杂,合并症多,患者反应迟钝,易于误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate causes of misdiagnosis of the old fecal obstruction.Methods Surgery clinical data of the past fi ve years,admitted fi ve cases of elderly patients with fecal ileus were retrospectively analyzed .Results 5 patients were surgical treatment.Conclusion Cause of elderly intestinal obstruction are more complex,more complications,many patients are unresponsive,easy to misdiagnosis. |
