摘    要:目的 通过同位素示踪技术探讨氟尿嘧啶脂质体(FL)的局部淋巴结靶向性,为恶性肿瘤的局部淋巴靶向化疗提供依据.方法 将6只兔双侧第一趾蹼皮下注射~(99m)Tc-FL后,用SPECT连续动态示踪30min或60min.然后在8h内静态显像监测FL的淋巴流向途径,并探测1、3、6h时在注射区、胭窝淋巴结、盆腔淋巴结群、后腹膜淋巴结群、乳糜池等局部淋巴结区域的闪烁计数率(%).结果 动态示踪、静态监测见注射区~(99m)Tc-FL缓慢靶向流至局部淋巴结而显影,局部淋巴结高浓度积聚,而其余组织浓度很低.在注药后1、3、6h 3组间注射区或局部淋巴结的闪烁计数率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),注射区的闪烁计数率逐渐下降,而局部淋巴结则逐渐上升;各组内局部淋巴结与其余组织(注射区除外)的闪烁计数率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),局部淋巴结的闪烁计数率明显高于其余组织.结论 FL具有局部淋巴靶向性和富集性,并不直接进入血液循环,提示恶性肿瘤局部淋巴靶向化疗具有可行性.
