糖尿病并发低血糖症58例临床分析

目的：探讨糖尿病并发低血糖症的临床特点，诱因、治疗和预后。方法对58例糖尿病并发低血糖症的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果58例中52例冶疗数分钟至数小时后意识清醒，2—5天后均痊愈出院：余7例中，3例偏瘫加重，2例痴呆，1例植物人状态，1例死亡。结论糖尿病患者使用口服降糖药致低血糖占首位，其次的为应用胰岛素所致，对糖尿病并发低血糖症患者应重视先症状及无症状性低血糖，同时注意鉴别诊断，加强预防措施。

Clinical Analysis of Hypoglycemia in 58 Cases with Diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic, inducement, therapy and prognosis. Method Retrnspective analysis of the hypoglycemia complicated with diabetes in 58 patients were performed. Results There were 52 patients that come around after minites or hours and healed after 2 to Riays, but 3 patients become hemiparalysis, 2 dementia, i plant man and i dead. Conclusion Oral antidiabetic drug is the chief induoement of the hypoglycemia complicated with diabetes, insulin is insecondary. Asymptornatic hypoglycemia should be distinguished carefully and prevented beforehand.
