| 摘 要： | 目的:建立通络颗粒剂质量标准.方法:对制剂中枳实、丹参、三七、黄芪进行薄层鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定通络颗粒剂中芍药苷的含量.结果:薄层图谱斑点清晰,分离度好,易于区别;芍药苷平均加样回收率为100.20%,RSD为1.69%;结论:本法可靠,操作简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quality standard of Tongluo granules. METHODS The content of paeoniflorin in Tongluo granules was determined by HPLC; Fructus aurantii immatures , Radix salviae mihiorrhize ,Radix notoginseng and Astragali were identified by TLC. RESULTS The studies showed that spots on TLC could be well separated. The average recovery rate was 100. 20% and RSD was 1.69%. CONCLUSION trol of the preparation. The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
