7.62mm弹犬颅脑伤时冲击波远达效应对脊髓的损伤

摘    要:本实验用杂种雄性犬30条,在脑贯通伤、脑切线伤和颅骨切线伤动物模型的基础上,着重研究了7.62 mm弹颅脑火器伤时冲击波远达效应对脊髓的损伤。结果表明,高速弹颅脑火器伤时,不仅造成脑本身的严重损伤,而且还可引起脊髓各段不同程度的损伤。实验提示在分析和处理高速掸颅脑损伤时,不可忽视可能并发脊髓损伤。受伤机制可能与弹丸的动能传递、冲击波的远达效应有关。

Abstract:Thirty dogs were made into the experimental models of penetrating craniocerebral injury, and tangential brain and skull injuries, respectively. The shooting distance was 20 m. The indexes in physiology and roentgenology were observed, and the contents of spinal cord water, Evans blue dye, and sodium and potassium were estimated. Moreover, the pathological changes in spinal cord were examined. The results show that not only the brain itself but also the spinal cord could be damaged. So the injury of spinal cord should not be neglected in the treatment of the wound. The spinal cord injury may by related to the transmission of the bullet kinetic energy and the remote effect of shock waves.
