血必净对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响

目的研究血必净对维持性虹液透析（MHD）患者氧化应激及微炎症状态的影响。方法选择2007年1月至2008年3月在笔者所在医院血液净化中心透析时间超过3个月的MHD患者38例，分为治疗组（A组）和对照组（B组）。对照组为西药常规治疗，治疗组是在西药常规治疗基础上静脉注射血必净注射液，疗程为14d。观察用药前后白介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-Ⅱ）、C反应蛋白（CRP）等炎症指标的变化。结果给予静脉注射血必净注射液治疗后，患者炎症指标IL-6、TNF—α和CRP较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论静脉注射血必净注射液可以改善血液透析患者的微炎症状态，短期应用血必净注射液未见明显不良反应。

Effect of Xuebijing on Micro - inflammation State in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To research the effect of XBJ on oxidative stress and micro - inflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients. Methods 38 patients treated by MHD more than 3 months were selected from our blood purification center and randomly divided into treatment group （Group A） and control group （Group B）. Patients in group B were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment while patients in group A were additionally treated by intravenous injection with XBJ for 14 days. To observe the inflammatory indices ineluding interleukin -6 （ IL -6 ）, tumor necrosis factor -α （TNF -α） and C -reactive protein（CRP） before and after medication. Results There was a significant decrease of IL - 6 ,TNF - α and CRP in patients after treated with XBJ compared with that of the pre - treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Treatment of intravenous injection with XBJ can improve the micro - inflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis patients and there is no obvious side effect of using XBJ in short - term application.
