肺结核患者服药依从性的调查分析及辨证施护

目的了解肺结核患者服药依从性的调查分析及辨证施护。方法对2007年6月至2008年10月间收治的150例肺结核住院患者采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果坚持服药方面,遵医的占93．8％,一般遵医占6．2％,不遵医为0。要求用药监护依次为91．8％、6．8％、1．3％。复诊指导依次为93．2％、6．8％、0。饮食指导依次为81．5％、15．1％、3．4％。结论通过对肺结核患者服药依从性的调查,使患者积极配合临床治疗,遵循医嘱,全程服药,减少药物不良反应的发生,有利于疾病的康复。

The investigation and dialcetic treatment of the drug compliance of pulmonary tuberculesis

Objective To know the investigation and dialectic treatment of the drug compliance of pulmonary tuberculesis. Methods To questionary 150 pulmonary tuberculosis patients in hospital since Jun. 2007 to Oct. 2008 with self - designed questionarios. Results The patients who take medicine as doctors say and insist on taking medicine are at 93.8%. Those who can follow the docters but not so seriously are at 6.2%. Those who do not follow are none. Those who treat them with medicice are each at 91.8% ,6.8%, 1.3%. Subsequent visit is each at 93.2% ,6.8% ,0. Diet instruction is at each 81. 5% ,15.1% ,3.4%. Condusion Through the investigation,the patients get used to clinical therapy,follow the docters,take the medicine as they are told. Cutting the side - effect from the patients is good for them getting well.
