辛伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑利钠肽水平的影响

目的探讨辛伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者斑浆啮利钠肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法100例CHF患者随机分为2组：对照组50例，应用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、β-受体阻滞荆、螺内酯、硝酸酯类药物等常规治疗；他汀组50例，在常规治疗基础上，加用氟伐他汀治疗。2组均于治疗前及治疗6个月后测血浆BNP、左室射血分数（LVEF），评价其心功能的变化，分析2组治疗前后血浆BNP、LVEF的差异。结果2组治疗6个月后BNP水平均明显下降（P均〈0．01），与对照组比较，他汀组下降更明显（P〈0．01）。2组治疗后LVEF均增加（P均〈0．01）．与对照组比较，他汀组增加更明显（P〈0．01）。他汀组总有效率（82．4％）高于对照组（69．9％）（P〈0．05）。结论CHF患者在常规治疗同时加用氟伐他汀治疗，可明显降低血浆BNP水平，增加LVEF，改善心功能。

Effect of simvastatin on plasma brain natrluretic peptide levels in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of simvastatin on plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） levels in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods 100 cases were divided into two groups： the control group （50 cases）, with conventional medicine treatment such as diuretics, angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitors, β-receptor blockers, spironolactone, nitrates and so on. The statin group （50 cases） ,simvastatin applied in addition to conventional treatment. Before and six months after treatment, the plasma BNP was measured and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） was evaluated. Compared the difference before and after treatment in both groups. Results After six months treatment, the BNP of beth groups were significantly decreased （P 〈0.01 ） ,and more significantly in statin greup（P 〈0. 01 ）. After six months treatment, the LVEF of the two groups increased obviously （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and it was more significantly in statin group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total efficiency of the statin group （82.4 % ） was higher than the control group （ 69.9 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In addition to conventional therapy,the application of fluvastatin could significantly reduce plasma BNP levels, increase LVEF, and improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure.
