早产原因和早产儿预后相关因素的研究

目的探讨早产发生的原因以及早产儿预后的相关因素。方法对2006年1月至2007年12月住院分娩322例早产患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果胎膜早破，不明原因早产，妊高征，胎盘因素，臀位为早产原因前五位。早产儿病死率与孕周、出生体重相关。产前皮质激素的使用可明显改善早产儿的预后。结论早产病因复杂，减少早产的发病率，关键是重视围生期保健，加强对高危妊娠的管理，积极防治妊娠并发症。

Study of related factors in the premature labour cause and prognosis

Objective To explore the causes of premature labor and the related factors to prognosis of the premature. Methods The clinical data of 322 patients with premature labor within last two years were satistically analyzed. Results The preceding causes of premature labor were premature pture of membranes, spontaneous of premature labor for unexplained causes, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, placental factors, breech position. The morbidity of premature hag correlation with the ges tational age and birth weight. Antenatal corticosteroids significantly improved the newborns prognosis. Canclusion The causes of premature labor is complicated. The key issue to reduce the incidence of premature labor is to pay attention to perinatal care,improve the management of high risk gestation and prevent complications.
