利培酮合并无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症近期疗效的对照研究

目的了解无抽搐电休克（MECT）合并利培酮对精神分裂症的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将62例住院的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，其中利培酮合并无抽搐电休克治疗31例为研究组，单用利培酮治疗31例为对照组，使用简明精神病量表（BPRS）分别于入组时及治疗后1、2、4、6周末对两组疗效进行评定，用不良反应量表（TESS）于第6周末评定不良反应。结果研究组在第2周、第4周末BPRS量表评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），治疗前及第1周、第6周末两组评分无统计学差异，而TESS评分对照组比研究组的评分高（P〈0.01），有统计学差异。结论利培酮合并MECT和单纯使用利培酮对精神分裂症均有效，但利培酮合并MECT治疗比单纯使用利培酮治疗起效快，安全性高，不良反应轻，患者依从性好。

A comparison study of Risperidone combining MECT in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To understand the efficacy and side effects of modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT） combining risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 62 schizophrenia patients were divided randomly into two groups, 31 patients were treaded with MECT combining risperidone as a studying group, and the other 31 patients were treaded with risperidone as a controlling group. All patients were assessed using BPRS in per-treatment, post-treatment 1,2, 4 and 6 week, and assessed using TESS after 6 week. Results The score of BPRS of studying group was significant lower than those of controlling group in the end of 2 and 4 weeks（P〈0.05）, and there were no significant difference in per - treat- ment, post - treatment 1 and post - treatment 6 weeks. The occurrence rate of TESS was higher in controlling group than in studying group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Using MECT combining risperidone and only using risperidone both have efficacy against schizophrenia. But using MECT combining risperidone was faster,safer and more light side effects than only using risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia, and during the treatment, the patients cooperated very well with doctors.
