| 摘 要： | 目的观察新制柴连汤治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例前葡萄膜炎患者，分为治疗组30例，对照组30例，治疗组用新制柴连汤联合强的松片口服。对照组单用强的松片口服，均30d为1疗程。结果治疗组治疗后病情稳定，病程缩短（P〈0．01）；视力较对照组明显提高，眼部体征较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论中药配合激素治疗前葡萄膜炎效果优于常规西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapy effect of xin zhi chai lian tang in curing the anterior uveitis. Methods The 60 patients were divided into 2 groups：30 patients in the therapy group and 30 patients in the control group. The therapy group with xin zhi chai lian tang combined oral prednisene tablets. The control group alone oral prednisene tablets, both 30 days for one course of treatment. Results The therapy group were in stable condition and the course sbortend after treatment; Visual acuity significantly enhanced and ocular symptom improved than the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine with anterior uveitis hormone therapy was superior to conventional western medicine treatment. |
