纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术的手术配合及护理

笔者所在科室对220例声带息肉患者行纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术。一次成功176例（80％）,二次成功30例（14％）,不成功13例（6％）。实践证明：加强手术前的准备和手术中的配合,做好手术前的心理疏导和手术中的护理,可提高手术的成功率。

Operation cooperation and nursing of resecting vocal cord polyp by fiber laryngscope.

220 patients have received resection of vocal cord polyp by fiber laryngscope. 176 cases was successful after one resection, accounting for 80% , 30 cases successful after the second resection, accounting ibr 14%, and 13 cases unsuccessful, accounting for 6%. Conclusions Better preparation, patients＇ mental easing, cooperation and nursing before and during the operation can increase the success rate.
