| 摘 要： | 去甲基化药物(HMA)在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者中具有良好的抗肿瘤作用.目前,MDS患者于接受异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)前,应用HMA作为桥接治疗是减少该病患者肿瘤负荷的重要治疗方法之一.同时,研究显示,MDS患者于接受allo-H SCT后应用HMA,对于预防及延缓疾病复发具有一定作用.笔者拟就MDS患者在接受allo-HSCT前、后应用HMA的研究进展进行综述如下.
