腹膜前间隙置平片治疗腹股沟疝的手术技巧

摘    要:目的介绍腹膜前间隙置平片治疗腹股沟疝术中技巧。方法经内环人路,创建腹膜与腹横筋膜间的间隙,即腹膜前间隙,于此间隙内放置平片,分别就切口选择、分离疝囊与内环间的联系、创建腹膜前间隙、补片的放置与固定、巨大疝及并存疝囊的处理等手术技巧进行介绍。结果62例患者中,58例获随访了3-24个月,均无复发及并发症。结论本术式采用与传统手术不一样的手术人路,在潜在的生理间隙内放置补片,未解剖腹股沟管,在手术中只要保持间隙内的腹膜完整性,并彻底止血,并适当固定补片,就可获得良好疗效,减少术后并发症。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the surgery skill in treatment of inguinal hernia by setting plain film in front of the Peritoneum gap. Methods To set plain film in the preperitoneal space which was created between the peritoneal and abdominal transverse fascia gap by the inner road . The surgical techniques were introduced respectively, on the choice of separation sac incision and inner links , to create space before inguinal ,patching placement and fixed, and handling with the huge hernia sac . Results Of 62 patients, 58 cases were followed up 3 -24 months, and there were no recurrence and complications. Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery, this method underwent a different surgical approach that placed patch in the physiological potential gap, but not anatomy the inguinal canal. As long as the retroperitoneal space to maintain the integrity in the surgery, to completely stop bleeding, and to fix the patch, you can get a good effect and reduce the post -operative complications.
